Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 8-12 minutes per batch.

Ingredients:
- 1 stick unsalted butter (Softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar (Packed)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour*
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups quick oats
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Add all ingredients to the blender except for the oats.
After mixing, stir in the 3 cups of oats by hand, 1 cup at a time.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. (greased or non-stick)
Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes. Ovens vary, find out what works best for you.
Remove first batch (4-6 cookies) after 8 minutes and check if they are done.
Keep unused dough covered and in the fridge.
