Ingredients:
- 1 quart ice cream (any flavor. I prefer chocolate)
- 1/4 cup crushed cookie crumbs (any type. I prefer Chips Ahoy)
- 8 or 9 inch pre-baked pie crust (Classic, graham, Oreo. I prefer Oreo)
Scoop the quart of ice cream into the pre-baked pie crust.
Smooth out the ice cream with the back of a spoon or spatula.
Sprinkle a 1/4 cup of cookie crumbs onto the top of the ice cream.
Enjoy.
