Ingredients:
- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1 cup grated monterrey jack
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs , lightly beaten
- 2 cups crushed crackers (Ritz style)
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In large mixing bowl, mix broccoli, mayonnaise, cheese, soup, and eggs.
- Place mixture into preferred baking dish. (9" is good).
- Top evenly with crushed crackers.
- Pour melted butter over crackers
- Bake for around 35 minutes or until browned and set.
